Valley View Photo LLC is a Phoenix real estate media company run by photographer Brandon Pierce. We shoot listing photography, drone aerials, Zillow 3D tours, floor plans, virtual staging, and twilight images for agents, builders, and property managers.

We're FAA Part 107 certified, licensed and insured, and a certified Zillow Showcase photographer.

The greater Phoenix metro, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, and Queen Creek. Properties outside our standard area may have a travel fee, which we'll tell you before the shoot is confirmed.

The chat is an automated AI assistant that answers common questions about packages, areas, and booking. Brandon reads every conversation and follows up personally. Its answers are general information; your order and these FAQs and Terms are what count.

Pricing depends on the services you choose and the property's size. See our pricing page for packages and add-ons, or get an exact quote in the booking portal.

You'll receive an invoice in your client portal when your media is delivered. Pay by debit or credit card in the portal, or by Venmo or Zelle (message us for details). Full-resolution downloads unlock once the invoice is paid.

• More than 3 hours before your shoot: free.
• Within 3 hours, or if we arrive and the home isn't accessible or shoot-ready: a flat $25 fee.

If weather prevents exterior, twilight, or drone work, or would hurt the quality of your photos, we reschedule at no cost.

Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the end of your shoot. Video takes 24 to 48 hours. If anything delays your order, we'll let you know right away.

You'll get an email when your media is ready, with a link to your client portal. There you can download your files, create marketing content, and edit your property website. Please download and back up your files; we keep them for at least 90 days after delivery.

Small and mid-size homes typically get around 40 photos, including ground and drone images. Larger properties usually get more. We shoot what the home needs rather than a fixed count, so the exact number varies.

We keep the copyright. Once your invoice is paid, you get an unlimited license to market that property: MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, your website, social media, and print.

The license doesn't cover selling or passing the photos to others (including the next listing agent or a builder), or using them for a different property. Need broader rights? Just ask.

HDR blends several exposures so both bright windows and darker rooms look natural. Flambient combines flash and ambient light to keep wall colors and finishes true. We use whichever suits each home, which matters under Arizona's harsh sun.

All aerials are flown by an FAA Part 107 certified, insured pilot. Some areas near Sky Harbor, Scottsdale Airport, and other controlled airspace need FAA authorization or don't allow flight at all. If we can't fly legally or safely, we'll tell you and reschedule, swap in another service, or refund the drone portion. Check your address with our airspace checker.

Yes, with disclosure. Under ARMLS Rule 8.23, virtually staged and other digitally altered photos must carry the Flexmls "Digitally Altered" watermark, and the unaltered original must be uploaded next to them. We deliver the unaltered original with every staged image so you can comply. Learn about virtual staging.

A twilight shoot happens on-site at dusk for a real evening sky and lighting. Digital twilight converts a daytime exterior into an evening look. Digital twilight may count as digitally altered under ARMLS rules, so we include the original daytime image. Compare twilight options.

Yes. We're a certified Zillow Showcase photographer, so Showcase listings get media captured to Zillow's spec, and we also create Zillow 3D Home tours. Display and placement on Zillow are controlled by Zillow. About Zillow Showcase.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right:

• First, we re-edit the images at no charge.
• If editing can't fix it, we reshoot the affected images at no charge.
• If we still can't resolve it, we refund the price of the affected service (for example, the drone portion), not the whole order.

Refunds don't apply once the images have been published to the MLS or used in marketing, or to reshoots caused by changes on your side, like restaging. See section 7 of our Terms.
