  • Within 24 hours of your shoot, you will receive an email from me confirming your media is ready. You can log into the client portal (Spiro) where you can download all of your media, create digital marketing content, and edit your listing website.

  • My average delivery of photos is around 40 photos (including all types of photography - ground, drone, etc.) for small and medium size homes. Depending on the property size, you may receive more. I do not guarantee a set number of photos.

  • If weather conditions prevent outdoor photography or will negatively affect the quality of the photos, I will work with you to reschedule at no cost.

  • I will do everything I can to make sure you are satisfied with the media I provide with no extra cost to you. If we can not come to a resolution, you have a 100% money back guarantee!

  • You can reschedule your appointment through the client portal, or feel free to reach out to me at any time and I will work with you to reschedule.

  • Your client portal contains all of your invoices which can be paid with any debit or credit card. I also accept Venmo and Zelle - that information can be obtained by reaching out to me directly.

    Payment is due after the delivery of photos and ensuring you are satisfied with your media to avoid any refund fees.

How is media delivered?

I use Spiro to deliver all of your ordered media. You will receive an e-mail stating your order is ready and will include all finished media, including your listing website link.

What if I’m not satisfied with the product?

I will do everything in my power to get media to you that is to your standards and makes your properties look their best. I guarantee I will provide you a product you are happy to use, or your money back!

How am I billed?

An invoice will be sent to you after your media is delivered. It can be paid with any major credit/debit card, or you can use Venmo or Zelle, whatever method is easiest for you. I will provide Venmo and Zelle details if asked.
