We provide high-quality real estate media services throughout Phoenix and the surrounding areas, helping properties stand out online and capture the attention of serious buyers.
We are committed to showcasing every property at its absolute best, from residential homes and luxury estates to commercial spaces, vacation rentals, and new developments. Ordering Questions

All photography packages are delivered within 24 hours of the finish of the scheduled shoot unless otherwise notified. If there is a delay on your order you will be notified promptly. Video is delivered between 24 and 48 hours of the finish time of the shoot.
If you need to modify a booking, please try to give 24 hours notice so that we can reschedule. Changes or cancellations within 5 hours of a booking may incur a fee.
We accept bookings up to 24 hours ahead. If you have an urgent request, please e-mail, text, or call directly and your request may be able to be accommodated.
Our package pricing is tailored to each project based on the services requested, property size, and any additional features or upgrades. No matter the package or scope of work, we are committed to delivering the same professional quality and attention to detail with every shoot. I utilize a mix of HDR and Flambient photography to provide the best results for the home at hand. HDR photography combines several exposures to provide an even and clear photo of the space. Flambient (flash and ambient) allows me to capture true colors when homes have bright or hard to capture colors on walls or features.
FAA Part 107 Licensed and insured, I provide several aerial images of the property to give every listing perspective as to its location and surroundings from a unique perspective.
We provide detailed and colorized floorplans to capture buyers attention, and give an accurate overview of how each home is laid out.
For vacant properties, we offer virtual staging services that digitally add furniture and décor to help buyers better visualize the space and imagine its full potential.
Zillow 3D Tours give buyers an interactive, immersive walkthrough experience that allows them to explore a property online from anywhere. These virtual tours help listings stand out, increase engagement, and give potential buyers a better understanding of the home’s layout and flow before scheduling an in-person showing. At Valley View Photo, we create high-quality Zillow 3D Tours designed to enhance your listing and attract more serious buyers.

Within 24 hours of your shoot, you will receive an email from me confirming your media is ready. You can log into the client portal (Spiro) where you can download all of your media, create digital marketing content, and edit your listing website.
My average delivery of photos is around 40 photos (including all types of photography - ground, drone, etc.) for small and medium size homes. Depending on the property size, you may receive more. I do not guarantee a set number of photos.
If weather conditions prevent outdoor photography or will negatively affect the quality of the photos, I will work with you to reschedule at no cost.
I will do everything I can to make sure you are satisfied with the media I provide with no extra cost to you. If we can not come to a resolution, you have a 100% money back guarantee!
Your client portal contains all of your invoices which can be paid with any debit or credit card. I also accept Venmo and Zelle - that information can be obtained by reaching out to me directly.
Payment is due after the delivery of photos and ensuring you are satisfied with your media to avoid any refund fees.
